If you get 16 A’s, B’s, or C’s your prakruti is dominated by single dosha followed by the combination of other two doshas. If you get 11 to 13 A’s, B’s, C’s your prakruti is of mixed type. HAIR – Thick, dense, oily, black, wavy, smooth & soft. EYES – Broad, big, watery, beautiful. Clear white in the periphery with bluish tinge. FORE HEAD – Broad. BEARD – Thick and dense.     व्यायाम आणि आपली मानसिकता आपली प्रत्येकाची दिनचर्या ठरलेली असते, कामे ठरलेली असतात त्यापैकी कोणते काम काम टाळू शकाल असा प्रश्न जर विचारला तर अगदी लगेच उत्तर येईल की ” व्यायाम”. स्वतःच्या फिटनेस विषयी अत्यंत जागरूक असणारे आणि मनापासून व्यायाम आवडणारे लोक सोडले तर व्यायाम म्हणजे शक्यतो टाळण्याचीच गोष्ट असते. मग त्यासाठी निमित्तही पुष्कळ असतात, आज काय खूप पाऊस पडतोय, चिखल, चिकचिकाट आहे, आजकाय तर कडाक्याची थंडी पडलीय !! सगळ्यात भारी कारण उन्हाळ्यात असतं, अहो रात्री पाहुण्यांबरोबर गप्पाटप्पा करत झोपायला उशीर होतो आणि वर्षभर मुलांच्या शाळेसाठी सकाळी लवकर उठावच लागतं मग व्यायाम करण्यासाठी कोण लवकर उठणार हो ? कारण काहीही असो व्यायाम नियमित होत नाही हे खरे !! मुळात प्रश्न असा आहे की व्यायामाची गरज काय ? व्यायाम या शब्दाचा अर्थ आहे शरीराला विशिष्ट पद्धतीने आयाम म्हणजे ताण देणे. शरीरात साठलेली जास्तीची चरबी जाळणे, calories बर्न करणे.शरीराला चांगला shape येणे म्हणजेच शरीर बांधेसूद दिसावे अश्या अनेक गोष्टींसाठी व्यायाम केला जातो.यामुळे शरीराचे सगळे स्नायू रेखीव आणि चिवट होतात, त्यांची ताकद वाढते, काम करण्याची क्षमता वाढते. रक्तपुरवठा सुधारतो, हृदय आणि मेंदू यांची कार्यक्षमता वाढते आणि जेणेकरून एकूणच शरीराची स्थिती चांगली राहून आपल्याला दीर्घायुष्य प्राप्त होऊ शकते. कोणी कोणता व्यायाम करावा हे यात फार महत्वाचे आहे. वयस्कर व्यक्ती ज्यांना फार weight loss वगैरे अपेक्षित नाही तर शरीराची नॉर्मल हालचाल, चलनवलन चालू राहणे एव्हढीच अपेक्षा आहे त्यांनी चालण्याचा साधा, सोपा व्यायाम करावा, गरोदर स्त्रिया किंवा ज्यांना फक्त फिटनेस अपेक्षित आहे त्यांनीही चालायला हरकत नाही पण लहान किंवा तरुण मुले /मुली यांनी निदान पळाले पाहिजे, हृदयाची गती भरपूर वाढली पाहिजे, पुष्कळ घाम आला पाहिजे तरच चरबी वितळेल. swimming, skipping, cycling हेही काही चांगले व्यायाम आहेत.काही वेळा खेळण्याचा आनंद घेताघेता चांगला व्यायामही होतो, जसे table tennis, badminton, क्रिकेट असे अनेक खेळ सांगता येतील. हल्ली तरुण मुले जिममध्ये जाऊन व्यायाम करतात, चांगल्या मार्गदर्शनाखाली तेही करायला हरकत नाही त्यामुळे जास्तीची चरबीतर झडतेच शिवाय स्नायूंना विशिष्ट tone ही येतो. बरेच जण व्यायाम आणि योगासने यात सरमिसळ किंवा गल्लत करतात. यादोन्ही मध्ये मुख्य फरक असा आहे की व्यायाम करताना हृदयाची गती वाढणे अपेक्षित आहे तर आसने करताना स्नायूंची लवचिकता वाढून, हृदयाची गती नियंत्रित ठेवणे अपेक्षित आहे. त्यामुळे ज्यांना जलद वजन कमी करायचे आहे त्यांनी घाम निघेल असा भरपूर व्यायाम करायला हवा, नुसती योगासने करून उपयोगी नाही. खरे म्हणजे दोन्ही प्रकार थोडा थोडा वेळ केल्यास जास्त फायदा मिळतो.श्वासाचे नियंत्रण शिकल्यास रक्त आणि प्राणाचा पुरवठा चांगला होऊन दिवसभर energy level चांगली टिकून राहते. त्यावेळी आधी व्यायाम आणि नंतर योगासने करावीत. व्यायाम झाल्या झाल्या काही खाऊ पिऊ नये, लगेच दुसरे जड कामही करू नये. मध्ये थोडा वेळ जाऊ द्यावा, मग गरम पाण्याने अंघोळ करावी म्हणजे अंग मोकळे आणि हलके होते.पाणी पिण्याचे प्रमाण व्यवस्थित असावे. खूप प्रवास किंवा जागरण झाले असेल किंवा अंग दुखत असेल तर व्यायाम करू नये. एखादा दिवस break घ्यावा.
